Abstract
Team Syntegrity
is a group process which facilitates team building, innovation
and planning developed by Stafford Beer. The process is designed
to be non-hierarchical so that communication can be open and
synergy can be captured.
The freedom
to explore content is contained in a protocol which depends on
tight schedules and rigorous interconnections. This paper describes
the process and indicates areas for further research.
