Abstract

This case study based on a facilitated approach demonstrates the Journey Making approach developed by Professors Eden and Ackermann. Journey is the acronym for JOint Understanding, Reflecting and NEgotiating strategY. This approach makes use of Group Explorer - a group decision support system developed by Professors Eden and Ackermann.
