Team Syntegrity

Team Syntegrity (TS) is a facilitated workshop or conference configured around the Icosahedron, which has twelve nodes and thirty struts. Stafford Beer created this format for knowledge elicitation and problem structuring. Tony Gill, Antonia (Toni) Gill and Phrontis Network Member Raul Espejo have been involved since the inception of Team Syntegrity and participated in the first ever syntegrations.
